Job Title: Call Taker

Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (12-hour shift)

Job Description:

DriveAvi.com is seeking a dedicated Call Taker to handle a high volume of inbound calls. This full-time role requires commitment, as holding a second job is not feasible.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage numerous inbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of interactions.

Requirements:

Excellent Spanish communication skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in customer service or call centers.
Ability to handle high call volumes.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Full dedication to the job.

Compensation:

Monthly salary of $250-450 (Monthly).
Performance-based bonuses (not guaranteed).
